My First Hub Ever !

After signing up at HubPages, it was time to actually do my first official hub. It took me awhile to decide what about. Finally I decided, I'd do something about my favorite subject.. music ? ...oh no... FOOD !..hahaha

I want to share with you a recipe that's easy to make, cheap and delicious. I cook this for my bandmates all the time and they just can't get enough of it. I'd like to think of it as my original, since I didn'tt actually copy it from any specific recipe, but I know there are tons of recipes like it out there, but this is how I do it. I call it . .

TUNA PASTA ROYALE

Ingredients:

1 pack 400grams spaghetti pasta

Oyster sauce

Onions, Garlic, Tomatoes, Salt, Pepper

Mongo sprouts (toge)

1/8 slice butter

½ slice cheese, grated

Peanuts or assorted nuts; ground

Procedure:

Boil to cook pasta, add little oil and salt in water, drip dry when cooked

Sauté garlic, onion, tomatoes, tuna, in big pan or wok

Add oyster sauce

Put the all purpose cream

Put bread crumbs

Put pasta

Flavor to taste with salt, pepper and oyster sauce

Put mongo sprouts, more onions and tomatoes (for half cook preparation)

Put in serving dish

Top with mixed bread crumbs and nuts

Serve - makes 5 servings

Optional side dish or topping:

Sauté shrimp in butter, oyster sauce, garlic

Grilled or Baked Tahong with cheese and garlic butter top sauce

* I'll give out the recipes for these luscious toppings on my next hubs.
